Description

United Scientific White Spotting/Color Plate comprises of 30 wells and is glazed with heat treated porcelain. The bottom surface is not glazed. It offers resistance to acids and alkalis except for hydrofluoric acid. Glaze softening does not take place till 1000 deg C. The average coefficient of expansion from 20 - 200 deg C is 3.56 x 10^-5 with a gradual increase to 4.69 x 10^-5 at 1050 deg C to offer thermal shock resistance.
